I have to admit, I have a bit of a magazine problem. I blame my mother quite frankly, she has passed the addiction onto both my sister and I. I have spent this past year trying to wean myself off of the monthly habit, partially because of the cost, but mostly because of my inability to throw anything away. I would say Arthritis Today. Obviously not a common one, but having read issues (sent to me by my aunt in the U.S) I’ve found tons of information about everything from diet ie. “inflammatory foods vs.foods that can prevent/help inflamation”, new medications/treatments on the horizon, even jokes/funny stories from people living with chronic illness, because sometimes you just have to laugh!
That or maybe “Lou Lou” a Canadian fashion magazine!!
