Soon enough, in only two more days actually, I will be looking out across a horizon like this in Portugal. This isn’t just a holiday however, we’re heading to Portugal for our wedding! I can’t think of a more beautiful backdrop for our wedding than this, can you?!
We had ourselves all prepared for a holiday in Portugal filled with rain, rain, and more rain. Though rain there has been, there has also been some glorious sun – enough even to put some colour in ours cheeks.
Tomorrow we’re off on our second trip of the month, this time to Portugal. although the purpose of the trip is to start planning our wedding, which should be taking place on the sunny shores of the Algarve in May 2013, we’d really like to spend at least some time relaxing

Paradise for me will always involve sun and water. The few hours we spent on Praia de Marinha in the Algarve, Portugal a few months ago were the most relaxing I’ve had for a long time. Soft sand, bright sun, refreshing water, and good company – that is paradise for me.
Cabo de São Vicente (Cape St. Vincent) in the Algarve, Portugal. It’s one of those places that I don’t think you can take a bad picture, beautiful colours and a beautiful place. A great memory of a great trip!
